 MATH 130 - COLLEGE ALGEBRA ( 4 Units ) See Catalog Description  

Topics include linear, quadratic, rational, logarithmic, and exponential functions and their graphs, systems of equations, matrices, sequences, series, and basic combinations. This course prepares students to enter Math 157 but does not provide sufficient preparation to enter Math 180. (CAN MATH 10)

Transfer Credit: CSU; UC.

GRADED OR CREDIT OPTION

Prerequisite: MATH 030 with grade of 'C' or better or qualifying OCC mathematics placement score; see mathematics assessment requirement


Special section requirements
